INDONESIANS AT TAORSKA VRELA

On Sunday, 17th June 2019., NUSANTARA, the Serbian-Indonesian friendship society, organized for the diplomats and staff of the Embassy of The Republic of Indonesia in Belgrade a trip to the mountain Povlen and sightseeing and enjoying the nature at Taorska vrela.

The Indonesians, climbed from the first watermill, Pepić, to the spring of the Taor river below the Taor rock. They didn’t hide their satisfaction for visiting the beautiful Povlen, especially the wonderful springs.

Also, in Milan Jovanović’s household, they were acquainted with the traditional village life. They have seen barns, a vegetable garden, then had homegrown chicken and trout from Povlen for lunch. On the way to Belgrade it was time to make visits to the Lelić monastery and the equestrian club Derugić, enjoying the refreshing coolness of the river Gradac.

During May and June, more than 100 members of NUSANTARA visited Povlen and Taorska vrela.
