INDONESIA LIFT VISAS SERBIAN CITIZENS

As the President of the Republic of Indonesia, Joko Widodo, has signed the document which is consisted of new rules for procedures to enter that country, Serbia is listed among 169 countries in the world whose residents do not need visa to visit Indonesia. The statement was published by the Embassy of Republic of Indonesia to Serbia.

The citizens of Serbia can stay in Indonesia without visa for 30 days, but this period can not be extended, nor the visitor can apply for another type of residence. They, as well as passengers from other countries may enter the territory of Indonesia through the 124 immigration passages at airports, ports and land borders.

Visas were abolished for those who come to Indonesia, among other things, for tourism, visiting family members in social, artistic and cultural purposes, for the performance of official duties or in transit.

However, visas are not eliminated in the case of arrival in Indonesia in order to work or to make some kind of journalistic report.

In case that the period of 30 days is not enough, the visitor may ask for Indonesian visa at the Embassy of this country abroad.
