AMBASSADOR JOVAN JOVANOVIC PRESENTED CREDENTIAL LETTERS TO INDONESIAN PRESIDENT YUDHOYONO

On February 14, 2012, at Merdeka Palace, HE Jovan Jovanovic, Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador of the Republic of Serbia in Jakarta presented credential letters to the President of the Republic of Indonesia, Mr. Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono.

In a cordial conversation, president Yudhoyono wished the warm welcome to the newly appointed ambassador of Serbia and expressed belief that during his term relations between Serbia and Indonesia will further improve. In line with these efforts, both sides will strive to exchange visits at the highest level.

Given the immense popularity of the world’s best tennis player, Novak Djokovic, in Indonesia, President Yudhoyono expressed a special interest in organizing his visit to Indonesia.
