Trip to Fruška Gora
The association of Serbian-Indonesian Friendship “Nusantara” has organized a trip to Fruška Gora for its members and friends.
On Saturday, June 27, the members and friends of “Nusantara” Association had a special opportunity to visit the monasteries of Krušedol and Grgeteg, where they could hear a cultural, historical and religious story about the monasteries. They spent time socializing and relaxing in “Perkov salaš”, an ethno household in Neradin, where they were hosted by the owner Nikola Ivanić and his family and served traditional Vojvodina lunch including beef goulash. They could relax on the straw and hay beneath a luxurious walnut tree.
The trip ended in the winery “Mačkov podrum” in Irig where they could hear about the process of wine making and storing, and were able to taste some of the wines.
During the trip, we have provided all our hosts with packages of instant soups which are becoming increasingly popular in Serbia and which are the product of one of our sponsors – Serbian-Indonesian company “IndoSerbiaFood”.
