GUESTING ON TV SHOW ZIKINA SARENICA
On the occasion of the successful completion of the Diplomatic Mission in Serbia, Ambassador of Indonesia Semuel Samson, with his wife Iyah Samson, was a guest by invitation of the editor, presenter and journalist Zika Nikolic, on Saturday, 8 November 2014, in a very popular and highly watched TV show “Zikina sarenica” on the first channel of the national broadcaster of Serbia RTS.
Ambassador Samson reminded all viewers on relations between two countries which have been significantly improved, adding that it was a special honor to him to be the Ambassador of his country in Belgrade, a city he listened about a lot during his childhood.
At the show, the dance group Bidadari, which operates at the Embassy of Indonesia in Belgrade, performed Balinese dance, and the audience could see and hear the coloring of the most popular Indonesian island.
The secretary general of the of Serbian-Indonesian Friendship Association Nusantara, Marko Jelic , was taking about 12 years long successful service of Nusantara, pointing out that the aim of the Association is to be the bridge between two countries, and one of the best is the exchange of students, adding that there are more and more Indonesian students studying in Serbia.
Indonesian students Sabriana Jayaputri, Asni Furaida and Adi Bramasto spoke about their studies in Serbia and impressions of the Serbs.
At the end of guesting, the wife of the Ambassador Iyah Samson showed to the viewers Indonesian culinary specialty tupeng, which is usually prepared for the festive occasions, and for that reason it was made especially for this show.
