INDONESIAN AMBASSADOR’S VISIT TO KIRKA-SURI COMPANY AT PALILULA MUNICIPALITY
At the organization of the Association of Businessmen of the Palilula Municipality, the Indonesian Ambassador to Serbia, H.E. Muhamed Abduh Dalimunthe, on January 26, 2010 visited KIRKA-SURI company which produces heating boilers on biomass base and other fuel waste. In that occasion, Mr. Slobodan Janjuševic, Mechanical Engineer, owner of the factory, accompanied by his associate, Mr. Siniša Janjušević, Mechanical Engineer, Manager for Marketing and Sale, informed the guests on the boiler factory, the production line and showed film on the successful realization of the project-works of the boilers and energetic equipment using renewable sources of power which have become very popular in the world today. As it’s known, the burning out of this fuel (wood, sawdust, straw, corncobs, sunflower seeds, fruit seeds etc.) do not affect to the increase of CO2 (Carbon dioxide) in the atmosphere, compared to the combustion of oil and gas. In addition to the significant ecological factor, the burning out of renewable fuel, today one can get fuel 2 to 6 times cheaper – decreasing company’s operational expenses.
After a long and significant talk on the possibility of economic cooperation between the company and the Indonesian partners, both sides believed this program might have big interest in Indonesia.
During the visit to the company, the Ambassador was accompanied by Mr. Tomislav Jovanović, Chairman of that Association of Businessmen of the Municipality of Palilula, and Mr. Bata Lukić, Chairman of the Serbian-Indonesian Society of Friendship „Nusantara“.
