70TH ANNIVERSARY OF THE INDONESIAN NATIONAL ARMED FORCES
70th Anniversary of the Indonesian National Army was celebrated at the residence of the Ambassador of the Republic of Indonesia in Belgrade on October 5, 2015.
On this occasion, the Embassy of the Republic of Indonesia and the Indonesian defence delegation in Serbia organized a reception which was attended by diplomats and embassy personnel, the members of the Indonesian community as well as by the representatives of the Association of Serbian-Indonesian Friendship “Nusantara” – Marko Jelic, Secretary General, Dragovan Bata Lukic, ex-chairman of the Association, Borislav Korkodelovic, member of the Management Board and retired Colonel Mladen Milicevic, member of the Association.
The representatives of Nusantara, on behalf of the members of the Association, congratulated the National Armed Forces Day to Colonel Berman Sitanggang, Defence Attachė of the Republic of Indonesia and H.E. Mr. Harry Richard James Kandou, Ambassador of the Republic of Indonesia to Serbia.
